Chronicles Of Riddick Demo Out
The Best Part Is
QMD has returned to us with a new computer and the ability to map for this generations engine of games (note: it's the computer that has the ability)

Biff's #tf comics

whose now?
Did You Add Fins?
...
Fins
I tried but it just makes it look worse. Anyone else can have a stab.
Chronicles Of Riddick Demo...
Drrrunk
Phait
That fourth shot is a depth map - it's a visual dump of the z-buffer for that frame.

:eng101:
I See...
I thought it might have had something to do with lighting.

Anyone know of a good video card diagnostic app? I have an Nvidia, I've searched their site but come up short, and dug around a little online for a non-vendor-specific app, but can't find anything. I'd basically like to know alot more about my card than it's model number and RAM. It's display properties (the Nvidia) tab doesn't tell enough either.
For NVidia
RivaTuner
Eh
Tried that now, not really what I was looking for. Maybe there isn't too much else I can find out about my card. I was curious what Shader version it was running, and other technology.
Twits
guess who's back

-> www.maniacore.com

I might even map again for a change.
Blast From The Past!

Woo, c0ld is alive. :)

How about mapping again for a change?
You Bet!
I am, and its for real this time. No more wasting hours looking at the editor thinking 'gosh, I wish I was still mapping'
Hey
Someone needs to make a Doom3 Hell space map, Coagula style.

yeah!
Maybe So..
Maybe so..
PDA For Sale
If anyone's interested, I'll post more details. It's a Dell Axim X30, over a month old and 2 extra years warranty... I got it for school but I don't see myself using it anymore. I don't even use it presently.
Curse Of The Pharaoh
Have been searching for this map which was reviewed by Shambler back in April 99 - seems like it's nowhere to be found. I don't know the author's name though the file is named as MMC01.ZIP (yep, in capitals) weighing about 300kb's.

A quick upload would be much appreciated.
Google
Right There!
For whatever reason I couldn't find it through Google - though I also came across it at FilePlanet just after my post above.

Nevertheless, thanks for your effort Spirit. (liked the joke too ;))
:)
It's always a good idea to check for maps at the sda. The speedrunners play lots of old maps and always offer downloads for them.
