Func_Msgboard: I Want To Create A Horror Mod

I've been learning quake mapping for a while and a friend of mine has suggested to make a horror mod but I haven't even seen a quake horror mod so idk how should I begin so is there any horror mod from where I can learn how to add the horror elements in the game. Any suggestions and tips are also welcomed

Define "Horror"? I'd say Lovecraftian monsters stalking the halls of trap-infested labyrinths already fits the bill pretty well.
