We Need New Sports
The most popular ones all feature a ball.

Deathmatch beginnnn.
Cool i won $500 in the superbowl pool.
Sports Beef
I missed seeing the female streaker at the IRL Sevens on Saturday. Stupid friggin' essay.
Testy
Yeah, I thought it was a good Super Bowl. Pretty good first half I thought, showed some good defense on both teams. Don't know why Eagles wasted their time at the end instead of rushing to the line. They kept going to the huddle and just wasted what little time they had.
Starbuck
Fox Sports World (Sky) shows some of the Six Nations - mainly the final games.

We get good coverage of the Super 12 and Tri-Nations over here through Fox Sports World (Sky), and they cover the whole RWC2003.

Not much call for Rugby programming over here - just among the ex-pat community, or ex-college players (like me).

Cheers!

I got my Powerbook online w/ a PC wifi card using a 3rd party driver. It's limited to half hour use per boot unless payed for but it's working. I'm actually wondering if theres just some finagling I did that might not be in due to the driver, because it's progress par is still suck around 75% in trying to connect. But my home network and the laptop see eachother. WOO!

Just To Let Everyone Know
I've moved from PQ to my own site. http://www.gtimmins.net is up and has all my maps available. I'm still working on the Lost Maps page which will include shots, and hopefully source of all the stuff I've dumbed over the years.

I'm also thinking about putting up a misc page with some of my lame art and music.

You just said yourself that this is a bad idea.
If You've Ever Thought That Cthulhu....

Morrowind
Ok so everyone fapperized this game so I got a copy of it with both expansions...

I geuss what I want to know is "how do I make it fun" ? :)

I am a level 1 imperial scout which has just aquired some cool magical shit (TM) and killed 2 assassins while he was trying to sleep (bastards) and took their l337 gear... And am part of the fighters guild.

Please tell me u start to run faster as u get better?!
Daz
you actually level down as the game progresses, and you get slower and slower to emphasize how basass your character is and how much apathy he has towards everyone else.

basass = badass, but you didn't know that
MW
Fun for awhile, gets boring at times. It's really because the game is so open ended, you have to stick with it. I haven't played it in awhile since I got it now. I get so caught up with just wandering around doing sidequests and not the story.

Leveling up and improving your skills is worth the wait though. Look into a spell that allows you to become invisible, it's a scroll but I don't recall the name. It's useful for stealing valuable items but you can only use it once per day. There may be something better out there, but I haven't found it yet.

Levitate potions are useful too, and you can make your own. I heard of a levitate staff you can find, fly around all you want. Another useful item would be I think a scroll of unhinge - open locked doors. Lockpicking is important too, always have at least a few sets of lockpicks on you, and make sure anyone near you is not facing you, and that you are crouched and in sneak mode.

Quality link, that. Ta.

Please tell me u start to run faster as u get better?!

As long as you increase your speed when levelling up. Eventually you'll get to the point where you can leap from canton to canton in Vivic, or across the canal in Balmora. :)

If you decide to try out some plugins, there are quite a few that improve the game without changing the feel of it much. I'll just cut-and-paste my typical response to plug-in questions:

What I'm currently using:

Face replacement textures from Astarsis.

Adamantium Armor

Area Effect Arrows

Atmospheric Sound Effects from Duncan (up to update 4)

All of LDones game-improvement stuff from the second link below.

Bitter Coast Sounds

Pretty much all the offical mods except Firemoth, which I didn't enjoy much...

A fix to add a teleportation ring to your stronghold that takes you back there when you put it on (since they seemed to enjoy putting the stronghold in the middle of Bumfuck Egypt).

Real Signposts

All the texture upgrades from Carjano

Sharpened Armor, Weapons, and Clothes upgrades from NelothsMouth

All of Wakim's Game Improvements

Calender Fix from Spuzzum

Book Rotate mod that allows you to place books just so

Vivic Expansion mod from Hoghead

Climbing Gear from GhanBuriGhan

Foreign Quarter Manor from DJGrim

Text Patch from Kevin Dorner, that cleans up grammar, spelling, etc.

Sell n Sail Galleon from detritus2004

Nature-based visual pack from Zuldazug, Raptre, Lord Gabryael and Ayse

Morrowind Plug-In Sites (some of these might be dead):

http://teyandei.net/projects/morrowind/
Excellent basic place to start. This has a list of all the official mods (the only one I would avoid is the Siege at Firemoth, which I found to be kind of dumb and tedious), and a bunch of recommended ones--I notice that most of the links seem to be dead, so use it as reference. :( If nothing else, be sure and grab the Animal Realism and Real Signposts mods from one of the other sites.

Pretty much everything on this site is good, especially if you play a thief-type character. The Illuminated Order quest is very cool for high-level types.

Limited selection, but seem to be typically high-quality.

I pretty much grabbed all the Texture Replacer mods from here. I didn't bother with the face replacer ones since I was already using different ones . . .

The Visual Packs from here basically replace textures in the wilderness areas, unlike Carnajo's textures above, which are primarily urban.

I would recommend being careful and organized about what you're using, and keeping backups of all the .zips etc. in a different folder, just to keep track of what you're using and where it came from. And, obviously, read the readmes, to make sure that you're doing what the author intended re: installation. :)
FLOYD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aye
I just came here to post that I noticed Floyd in the banner thing at the top. Neat.
