I don't think that would be banned for any reason. Maybe just an internet thing.

Thanks for replying, Dumptruck_ds. I still cannot download it in any fashion. I can't open it in any browser, and can't listen to it in any podcast app on my phone. I still think it's a regional thing.

No there are a few. I still don't know they won't play even in different IP addresses. It's probably just blocked in my country, and even that makes no sense. 

I've started collecting the shows but only can find 25 on my local drives. So once I track down the rest I'll start uploading them.
