Yeah, I'm sure plenty of games had dynamic IKs before Uncharted (Doom 3 is one of them). It was fairly rare at the time of Wind Wakers release though I think (which came out before Doom3).

Still that post is an interesting read.

trailer for the new game by a friend of mine. I'm pretty obsessed with atmosphere, so out of all his games (Nexuiz, Capsized, and the aborted Zymotic) this one looks the most exciting, since it creates a sense of place but does so with what looks like incredibly fast fluid action.
